In an effort to reach out to the needs of our communities Woodland has put together an event we are calling, “Can We Pray For You?” Through this avenue we hope to open new opportunities for us to be able to reach out and practically help people with their individual needs. In order to make this happen, we are calling on Woodland family members to partner with us in a three-fold effort.
1. Pass out as many “Can We Pray For You” cards as you can to friends, neighbors and co-workers. We suggest passing them out to your street, block or complex. (Cards can be picked up at the main office)
2. Join us for prayer on Saturday, December 12th at 6pm for our second Saturday prayer meeting where we will be praying for the needs that come in.
3. Sign up to adopt 1 to 3 requests. By doing so, you will be committing to pray for an individual’s need throughout the month of December. If they have provided contact information, we would also request that you send a card or email notifying the individual that you have been praying for their need.
