Ten years ago God gave us a vision we call the DREAM.  Over the last decade we have seen hundreds of people cross the line and commit their lives to Jesus Christ.  What Scripture teaches us is God wants all people to understand and believe the Good News of His goodwill, love and peace to us in Christ.  As we refocus on the DREAM it is our prayer that the Holy Spirit will breathe upon us renewal and joy in our journey of faith together as passionate followers of Christ.

That focus has led us to a conviction that God is calling us to build an additional story to the Home of Hope Orphanage in Dhaka, Bangladesh, retire our mortgage in order to invest into ministry, do some much needed repairs to our campus and raise the overall stewardship culture of Woodland Church.  This is what DREAM 1.2 is all about.  If I have learned anything from this last decade leading the DREAM it is the more we do for others the more God gives us to do! 

Since the Lord owns the cattle of a thousand hills and everything else in the world then it stands to reason that we should expect more from God in order to fulfill the DREAM He has given us.  This is His ministry not ours.  This is our opportunity to respond with enthusiasm to His call to us to make a difference in our world.  He is giving us Momentum for the Next Decade.

Becky and I, along with our children, are so happy to be a part of Woodland Church and the culture of generosity that is emerging here!  God bless you as we journey together.
